Well, if this book is completely necessary? No, not really.

Like the second book, the narrator is Will.

This is basically the first book thought Will's eyes, and bit between the book one and two, their honeymoon and a brief post-honeymoon. It's the happily ever after book.

I wasn't hooked reading this one, I already knew the story...and it didn't help that I read them in a row. It was all too fresh on my mind.

Sure, that I enjoyed the new elements from Will's story but the present, the honey moon dialogues felt somehow forced or maybe I was how of the zone. The only timed I felt overwhelmed when I reread the schooled slam.… (mais)

I had already thought about the possibility that in the second book the narrator would be Will so I was pleased that it is so.
But when things started to happen I realized I would rather feel Layken heartache. I understand her point, and although Will's actions were stupid I sometimes felt incoherent. I would rather that he would be piss at V. and yell at her that being soft...that really annoyed me...he was too nice to her even if she is his past he should have not being so caring...and that to me justifies every tantrum that Layken has...

It all begins with one big happy family, with laughs and sweet moments, and a new reality so far so good...as soon as Vaughn enter the scene I felt uncomfortable I could predict what was coming and I did like it, it was too obvious.

Like Will better in Slammed.

Like in Slammed prepare your self for a rollercoaster of emotions and drama, laughs and crying.

So this is the first novel published by C.H. and the best I read so far, love the details, love the characters. Teach me the next time to maybe read an author work chronologically.

Although this kind of plot is something that I usually I'm not attracted to, it works.

I laughed, I cried, I was heartbroken and I was in love.

When I began to read it I could tell that she put a lot of work into it. It's different more detailed descriptions, the characters are always present through Layken eyes it's in the first person.

Loved Eddie and Kel!

I guess her first baby book was special, I just hope the rest of the trilogy holds up to it.

And finally, the 5 stars are here!
It has closure so I really don't know what is coming next...

As always C.H. writes an addictive book, I had my hands on it whenever I could.

Although the plot is interesting and she never does the same twice, I, while I was reading it kind of, remind me of November 9. You probably wonder how, but the thing that Owen knows Auburn before they actually met, it bugged me. But I am glad that it was nothing like what thought.

I must say that some things I didn't see coming. Which is good, I really don't enjoy predicting the story.

As the pages were ending I could anticipate that the end would be rush and that something that I felt before in her books. But it didn't feel like that. I really enjoyed the ending.

I did think that the idea of using confessions to inspire his artwork was interesting.

I couldn't completely wrap my head around a force a relationship that she kind of felt repulsed, I understand the motivation but I just couldn't do it.

I did kind relate to Auburn when I was her age I was kind of naïve like her, so my old me was there rooting for her.

I'm really hoping to reach the 5 stars in one of Colleen's book soon. They are so addictive and well written, they usually make me cry and smile, It's one did overwhelm like the others though. That's why it's only a 4.
