The shucking truth by Rachel Shuck
Those extra pounds are not your fault

1. Sugars and sweeteners are reasons you gain weight.
2. Read your labels and check out the ingredients.
3. Research what the food and drug media is telling you.

As someone who has taken a college health course, I can add that the author is correct in all her thinking about weight loss. It is our government that does not help. Additionally if you research Jordan Rubin and his organic growth process and how he does things, then you will be on your way to a healthy lifestyle.

You need to buy from fresh markets, and grow your own fruits and vegetables which are great points the author emphasizes.
Just paying attention to what you eat will make a huge difference in your lifestyle.

If you wish to learn the seven truths, then you will lose weight permanently.
1. There is hidden ingredients in our foods you need to pay attention to.
2. Most artificial sweeteners are toxic.
3. Companies do not distribute the truth on their products.
4. Most nutrients are taken out of all the foods you eat.
5. If you take a vitamin drop it in water and see how long it takes to dissolve, that is how long it takes to get into your system.
6. Some fats are good for the body.
7. You need some saturated fat and cholesterol for your body to function properly.
8. Cholesterol is a vital component of every cell membrane o earth and is not bad. To lower yours all you need is fresh garlic daily.

This is a very informative book that everyone should read, college students, health professions, parents, or anyone trying to figure out why they cannot lose weight. Another sources is "Eating according to your blood Type" which I have found another resource to benefits you.
