I just noticed on LT Translation Central that someone has taken up the translation of Librarything into Arabic. Woohoo! Another language captured (while we're talking about butterflies ;-) )! You might want to post to the Site Talk group (http://www.librarything.com/groups/sitet... ) to find more helpers. Otherwise, contact Dogfael to commiserate...-he is singlehandedly translating LT into Welsh, bit by bit. But I am sure there are more Arab speakers lurking here! Although probably not as many as Germans (we had about 80% of the page translated by day 3, Tim The Founder was shocked ;-D ).
And there is always the group "Translating LibraryThing" http://www.librarything.com/groups/trans... for questions. Tim and Co. of the LibraryThing crew have also been open to questions and proposals concerning the set-up of certain pages (due to grammatical differences, translators sometimes run into a roadblock when trying to translate the english page, and sometimes there is an easy fix. And sometimes there isn't...).
Anyway, if you have any question on translating or on LT in general, I'll be happy to help. Enjoy catalogueing your books --it is addictive, I tell you (when I buy a new book, I usually put it into my catalogue that very evening...).
