Sobre a minha bibliotecaThe only books included in my library are books that I have read entirely or intended to read entirely. If I only read an excerpt (for a class or something, say) then that book is not included. Most of the Non-Fiction books I've read are excluded ("How-To" books, different dictionaries, etc...). Also excluded, of course, are newspapers, magazines, and other such periodicals and online fanfiction and fiction, though I have spent many an hour poring over such materials.
Also included in my list are the books "To Be Read"--of which there are, of course, many :)

Lastly, for my more in-depth examination of some of my books, please visit my blog, below (the entries of which are often featured as reviews here on LT).

I find your reviews really good: short, concise, exactly what I'm looking for.

I am totally looking into the books on your list!!
Thank you so much for the SantaThing books! I haven't read any of them before, and the look very good, so I'm really excited to read them. I didn't even know about the series Beauty Sleep is a part of! Thanks for such fantastic and thoughtful gifts :-)
Ahoy me hearty! As a member of the Pirate Brotherhood me be inviting ye to sail the Seven Seas with William Dampier on a Buccaneering Adventure. There be treasure galore and fine spoils to be had. We sail with the tide on 3rd November, so be sure to be aboard by then.

...and...I might add.. I loved 'em:)
Duh, never mind, it's at the top of your profile...
Wow, I can't believe you're up to 592 books. You are an animal. I'm at 230, and here I thouht I was going well. :-) How many of the 592 have you reviewed?
seems like we have a lot of books in common! Well, the good ones at least :D like Gail Carson Levine's books. And its good we agreed the movie version of Ella Enchanted just sucked horribly lol... do you have a myspace or anything we can chat on?

Oh, yeah, I did that awhile ago...I forgot to tell you :-)

i finished it yesterday, because it took a while for me to get the credit card ordering thing.
lol.
but, i can't wait until the next book, can you.

well, i just decided to comment you because i liked you description of the book.
very good.

:]
Hey,
Tonight sounds great! Let me just double check with Beth...she has physical therapy tonight at 7pm (tendonitis in her wrist) but Chris might be home to stay with Abby. Let me call her and find out and I'll call you at the library this afternoon!
Ok, here is the deal...
I am listening to Twilight on CD during my commutes and I am up to Chapter 11...hopefully I will be finished by the end of the week :-)
(It is so freakin' amazing the 2nd time around...there are sections between Bella and Edward I have to be careful not to drive off the road, they are soooo good...)

Once I am done listening to Twilight I am definitely starting New Moon. No excuses this time...Definitely!

I've put myself on the library waitlist for Eclipse but there are approx. 60+ people ahead of me :-( Of course if we end up going to the signing, I will buy one and get it autographed :-)
Another fun quiz! Somehow I ended up as Theater Jane - not sure how that happened... :)

will do ;)
Hi, I just read your review on Meg Cabot's "Avalon High" sequel and I couldn't agree with you more! great review :D

I also agree with you on her other books and I too was completely surprised at how good "Avalon High" was, and then only to be disappointed on that dumb sequel. I'm not going to read it either.
You've got to check this out...I found it on Bookshelves...

I saw your reviwew about Mara, Daughter of the Nile, and I was wondering if you've ever read Pauline Gedge's Child of the Morning? It seems to have all of the qualities you're looking for in ancient Egyptian lit, maybe you should pick it up :)
Thanks!
I actually have that one on my night stand....

Did you take the book quiz on Bookshelves yet?
Hi,
Thought you might find this interesting...

Cathy
WOW!!!! Nice job on the blog! I'm so impressed!

:-) Cathy
we must rectify that sitchy-a-shun.
where did your pic go?
Actually, I have a couple of "borrowed" from Diandra. So :P
If I include all of the graphic novels, I'd be far over 200! There are a few comics there, though. But oh, how many of those I've given away! How many series! How much money! And to think I only miss one series . . .
Never said it was a bad thing! :)
It was? Oh well. I am oblivious, after all. :)
When I run out of books I've read, I'll probably fiddle around with ridiculous tags. It's fun to be a total dork.
Thanks! I forgot I read a lot of these. What was that vampire one with "silver" in the title. I didn't find it in your list. You let me borrow it. Remember?
Why do I get the feeling like I'm being stalked? :P
But thank you. I shall add Witches' Night Out. I have my reading lists up to 9th Grade. I have to dig out my earlier ones to add.

This is too addicting.
:-)
i was converned you'd forgotten...
i'm pretty sure you forgot one of your FAVORITES.... owen meaney?
