Hi. Thanks for your reply. I am sorry you don't want to join, but I will not further press you. But we need new members. If you know of anybody who would enjoy to join us please tell them to get back to me, or pick up a form at Michael Treloar's shop. Thanks. Glen
Hello, Phileas. I enjoyed your cogent reviews of Childers, Beerbohm, and Hanson. I’ve read Riddle and, like you, reacted mostly favorably. More important, your Beerbohm comments may actually spur me into action; he’s been TBR far too long. But your detailed and informative account of First Blitz was perhaps most useful to me because I can’t borrow it and won't buy it. So, thank you. Brive
Hi. I notice that you live in Adelaide, as I do, and I wondered if you would like to join the Book Collectors Society. We are a small, but dedicated group, now connected with the national society. Membership costs $10 per annum, and, if you wish, you can subscribe to the national publication "Biblionews." ($30). We are going to have a meeting soon, and if you contact me I will send you details.
You are welcome to look at my collection notes in Library Thing (it is far from completion). One other member also has his collection posted. My email address is wilmarlibrary@internode.on.net. If you with you can post a reply to Library Thing. If you do not reply no offence is taken. Fraternally Glen Ralph
Regarding _The Worm Ouroboros_ : I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked it when I read it at last a few years ago. But when I opened the follow-up book (was that A Fish Dinner in Memison?) the opening page disappointed me so much that I put it down and never read anything more by Eddison.
