Sobre mimI homeschool my three children. My teenage daughter uses Bob Jones, Apologia, Saxon and The Learnables. She loves the music groups Tenth Avenue North and the Newsboys. She also loves horses and boys. My oldest preteen son has dyslexia and is visually-spatially gifted, so he is having a very rough time of it. He uses Landmark Christian. He is very interested in disasters and wars, especially World War 2 and the Titanic. My youngest preteen son has ADHD and dyspraxia. He is using School of Tomorrow, Bob Jones, Powerline and Kumon. He enjoys mystery novels, playing with friends outdoors. and annoying his brother and sister.

As for my own interests, I am a voracious reader. I have thousands of books on my bookshelves that I haven't read and hundreds that I have read. I really like a good Bible study. I enjoy rock and roll from the 50's through the 80's and folk music from the 60's and 70's. I play the piano as a hobby. My favorite tv show from the past is Hawaii Five-0 and from the present is a toss up between CSI: Miami, Cold Case and The Forgotten.

Sobre a minha bibliotecaI have a good 10,000 books in our house. I have shelves and boxes and bins everywhere just overloaded with books. I guess you could say I am book crazy =)
