A very good month for free books!

Make sure you request Chris Killen's The Bird Room - a very good novel.
Hello there,
just having a nose at your library. 151 books to read? That has got to be a pretty conservative estimate.
Aidan, you're one of the few people to understand my email address - it tends to annoy most people! I think the books we do share are mainly working-class fiction and criticism. There are also a number of Welsh works (particlularly Rhys Davies) because Katie Gramich was one of my PhD supervisors. As I just include them as I think of them, though, I'm adding all the time. Britton is worth looking into, although at the moment I'm being sidetracked by a wealth of (often obscure) American Southern fiction.

It's not the neighbour's wifi anymore. As the laptop seemed to be working ok I plugged it back into the modem, and it's working ok. Another victory for my philosophy of life - leave things alone until they fix themselves!
