Sobre mimI just started teaching at a small public college.I have an MA in U.S. history with a minor track in women's history. My bachelors was in history with a minor in African and Afro-American Studies. I like books. I miss fiction.
Sobre a minha bibliotecaThese are books I own. I have not read them all(yet). Most were bought used. And when I stumble on some good finds used, I scoop them up whether I have time to read them right then or not. I've also read a lot of books that I don't own. Ironically, I think that going back to school has really cut into my reading time. I love history, but it takes me much longer to read than fiction. Most of the fiction in my collection is from before I went back to school. I don't remember the last time I read a novel. A few books listed here (most of the art books) actually belong to my partner. But what's his is mine and what's mine is his. ;)
I do have some doubles, mostly for sentimental reasons.
I'm not quite done entering my books and I've made a huge mess of tagging them.

You have many more books entered than I do -- I started two years ago and enter books as I get them; I didn't go back to earlier books. We have five in common, an eclectic lot.
I live in Florida (how about you?) and am a retired librarian, actually from a Presbyterian resource center. Looking forward to hearing from you. Martha

I look forward to dipping into it at some point. It is a true gem as I am sure you must be, too!
