I see you have read Shadow of the Wind....I loved that book.

I enjoyed that book so much my son and I went to Barcelona to find all the places in the book..he loved the book too and the scavenger hunt we did there. :)

Hello friend from FB whom I first met on LT! Just a wave hello and a question about
GoodReads. I see that you have most of your library on GR. Were you
able to export this library or did you enter as you go. I'm new on GR and still figuring
things out. I'm not sure if I'm up to re-entering my library though, it might
be a good inventory exercise as I've noticed that some of my volumes have gone missing!

I was also glad to see that you read Wilbur Smith whose books I just love. He takes me away to a different world(yours). I live in Saskatchewan, Canada, so I am a world away from Africa. Hi Izzybee,
I wanted to thank you again for your thoughts on The Good Doctor. My group read and discussed it earlier this month and to rave reviews! I thoroughly enjoyed it. I even had a drop-in attendee that had read it years ago and hadn't had an opportunity to discuss it so was glad to share her thoughts. I provided some background information on the area and time that it was set which enriched the discussion. It was a very satisfying read. By all means if you come across something that would be good for a group discussion, let me know! You have way more books and do wayyyy more reading than I do!
