I see that you have one of my favorite books (which I, alas, do not personally own) : How to Cook and Eat in Chinese! I look forward to checking out hte rest of your library, but my felicitations on a fine collection.
I was so taken with your pithy reviews (especially agree on John Thorne and Elizabeth David) and our many common titles that I followed the leads and had breakfast at Hot Dish. It was just delicious (German pancake & biscuits & Gravy). There are untold benefits to LT!

I found your comments on the Larousse Gastronomique very interesting. It must have been wonderful to cook like that!
So far, all I'm cataloging is cookbooks and other food writing. Eventually I'll get around to other stuff, but I'm in no hurry.
Your Norwegian cake cookbook is also in the NYPL. You can't add from there, but you can copy and paste the missing information, if you care to.
