Sobre mimI'm a writer (the China Bayles mysteries, The Cottage Tales of Beatrix Potter, Robin Paige mysteries), reader, book addict.
Sobre a minha bibliotecaMy library reflects my passions. Research materials for the three mystery series, current reading interests, recent past interests. Finding shelf space is a constant challenge. I'm very slow in updating this list, so what's here is only a fraction of what I have. Maybe someday I'll get around to reading everything!

Anyway, I just wanted to thank you for writing such a wonderful book and also for the many hours of pleasure I have received from reading your other three series (yes, I have read most of them if not all.) *smiling all the way to the bookstore*

I have been reading your books and collecting them for some time now. I like the idea of the herb theme. My daughters and one neighbor all share them with me. I'm not even sure what my favorite one is. I love herbs, even though I have no sense of smell... Ah, what I've missed! I've never seen your series "Robin Paige mysteries", are they older? Congratulations on your writing successes.

I lived on a farm which had originally been the home of the Sodus NY Shaker Community, and it was impossible to live in those rooms and not develop a love of herbs, gardening, and the beautiful folk art for which the Shaker are so well-known. We hosted several Shaker Festivals and sponsored motorcoach tours of the farm, and I am so thankful to have had the opportunity to have learned about the history of the Shakers. As I move to South Padre Island, I hope I will be able to find a few herbs that will grow on our sandbar, because I don't think I can imagine life without their pungent and calming scent and I am looking forward to bringing a little Shaker art to south Texas. I love your Beatrix Potter mysteries. I have always been fascinated with her life and have read several biographies. I've been encouraging my high school students (I'm a librarian) to choose her as a topic for research but so far no takers.

I am a man and just wanted you to know I really have enjoyed all your China Bayles mysteries.
In fact, I just got a copy of your first Robin Paige mystery as well.
I also get your newsletter to keep track of what you and China and Ruby are up to. :)
