So, is there anyone else out there that is in love with anything written by
Gerald Morris? I've read every single
Squire's Tale book...
Which is your favorite?
Why?
I really enjoy
Gerald Morris's books! They are such fun for kids who already know chapter and verse about King Arthur, and also kids who have never heard of him and just want a fun adventure with a thoughtful edge.
I can't pick a favorite right now, but have you read the new one? The Quest of the Fair Unknown?

I've also read the squire's tale books. I think my favorites are the first two, The Squire's Tale and
The Squire, his Knight, and his Lady, because Terence and Gawain are the main characters in those, and they are my favorite characters. I remember particularly liking the ending of the second book because of how the Arthur, Gwenievere, and Lancelot situation turned out, if you know what I mean.
I've read up to
Parsifal's Page. i like King Arthur, and I've read alot of retellings, but Morris' are my favorite.
Everything that man touches is gold...I feel bad for his children...he must have a hard time eating.. Anyways yeah I love all of his books. Though i'm short on cash so I haven't really had time to read them all. I've only read the first and second but they were AMAZING! My favourite was the second. So far.
I've read several and always laugh out loud. I can't sell them to kids, though. No vampires.
