I picked up "Disbelief 101: A Young Person's Guide to Atheism" at my library today. Here's a description:

It stuck out because I've not seen a book like this for young people before even though there are a million religious books for young people. Anybody read it?

I haven't read it - have just skimmed through the blurb on Amazon, but I wish it had been around when I was a YA.

I went ahead and bought the book - it was stocked at the local BN. Hilarious! I wish I'd had it when I was 15.
