Once again LT saves the day!

Today's shout out for LT:
I couldn't find the book Strega Nona for my literacy lesson on Monday. I knew I had it, and was about to reserve it at B&N (which I need more from the series, so a order will be made soon). I pulled up LT to make sure I wasn't loosing my mind, and there it is! Wooo whooo! My copy of the book is a big book. That's why I couldn't find it with my other books by that author.

Adding: Now I'm sad. Neither Borders or Barnes & Nobel have the other books I need. :(

LT has saved me from buying extra copies of a book or two as well.

Is getting the books online an option for you? I have to do that for Harry Potter & Philosophy for that very reason. Good luck!

I could order them online, but I don't want to pay the high shipping fee to get them here on time.

Good reasoning. I found HP & Philosophy for $4 plus $4 S&H, but it could get here as late as November 22. I hope the bookstores nearest you get an order in of your books soon.

What books do you need and when by?

All the Strega Nona books except the first one. I need them all by Tuesday this coming week. Another teacher nearby has them, so I'll work out a schedule with her so I can use them. Friday our entire school (650 1st & 2nd graders) are going to see Strega Nona at the Walton Arts Center.
