Below is a sample letter. Please note on the Publishers Contact Guide whenever you make a contact. Typically, you're looking to talk to someone in marketing or publicity.

Dear Sir or Madam,

Do you have an Advanced Reader Copies (ARC) program currently? If not, are you interested in getting feedback and reviews on new titles? Shouldn't they be targeted at the audience you most expect to buy them?

LibraryThing's Early Reviewers program can help. Its matching algorithm specifically matches your books to interested readers who requested your book and already own similar books.

As a member of LibraryThing, I'd like to join the Early Reviewers program and get books from you, a publisher in my country. At the same time, you would gain valuable feedback from multiple readers, far beyond the number of copies provided.
