adorará Adira ao LibraryThing para descobrir se gostará deste livro. I guess its kind of religious. Some stuff you can throw away but some stuff is pretty neat Objective review: Don't look at me that way: just because I have a book doesn't mean I've read it. Besides, if I hadn't got this one for free -- who can pass up a free dose of dead tree when built like a book? -- I wouldn't have it at all. Negative review/s: 1. See above. 2. Tom Cruise is an actor. Positive review: It ups the total number of volumes in my library by 1. I regret throwing away this book. This is because I tried to flush it down my toilet (a deserving fate, I know), but it clogged my toilet and I had to get a plunger out to fix it. It is filled with fallacies, tautologies, and pseudoscience galore. I gleefully pointed out the contradictions in place by the end of the first chapter, then despaired for humanity that somebody took that crap seriously. I'm still mad I wasted 50 cents on it at the bargain bin. I thought I should give these writings on dianetics a direct examination. What I found left me distrustful of the entire movement. The science was dubious (or unprovable), the logic flawed, and the semantic games disingenuous. Concepts were often defined using circular logic, or so narrowly that by definition they were "true." I'm glad I read the book, but only to be comfortable to say that I found the stuff to be crap. sem resenhas | adicionar uma resenha

Look, I can read some ridiculous tripe (have you seen my library?)...but seriously, any thread of a coherent ... anything? (
