This one is still good, but starts to run into some of the obvious problems, how can the powers contest each other, when they are all all-powerful, within their own sphere, particularly Time? This works because they are replaced from time to time (sorry) by mortals who aren't quite familiar with their powers yet, which Evil is trying to use to mess up the whole process. Still fascinating. ( )I enjoyed this one about as much as On A Pale Horse, and better than Through a Tangled Skein. Anthony sets the reader up with another way of viewing an aspect of life through the eyes of a humanized version of said aspect, in this case Time. The idea behind the story was well thought out and seemed to be researched well, however there were times in the story where it just dragged from one chapter to the next, without much plot progressing in between. Overall a good read. Slightly confusing, but still good. I liked this second best out of all books in the series. Like the first story, I really enjoyed this one. The most fun is watching the main characters blunder through learning their respective jobs, which of course are anything but normal. Weaker plot line than On a Pale Horse and the writing style is still difficult. sem resenhas | adicionar uma resenha
