This is the final volume in the Magicians of Venice trilogy and I received it through Early Reviewers. I enjoyed this last book and it tied up most of the plot points from the previous two novels. The characters were interesting although the relationship between the two main characters felt a bit claustrophobic at times. I will be interested to read further work by this author. ( )Esta crítica foi escrita no âmbito dos Primeiros Críticos do LibraryThing. The King's Seal by Amy Kuivalainen is the conclusion to the Magicians of Venice trilogy. The other books in the series should really be read first for context and I would hope for more detail about the characters and their gifts. I found myself wishing from the very beginning and throughout the book that I had read the previous two volumes prior to reading The King's Seal. While I enjoyed reading The King's Seal, and had no trouble following the plot; I did find that the details were often lacking. It generalized situations that could have been more satisfyingly described. I also found the characters, while likeable, seemed underdeveloped. If you are a fan of the series, this book will probably entertain and satisfy you. If you are new to the trilogy, I suggest you start with the first book. Pertence a Série
