This publication and the details on the players featured within initially began from an innocent question on an excellent Leeds United forum we are all members of: www.lufctalk.com. Forum member Nottingham White asked Marcus (forum name Mr Russell) how Patrick Kisnorbo was doing in the A-League for Melbourne City. It started Marcus thinking about what connections there were between other Leeds United players and Australia. Which players have played for both (whether league or international)? What happened to some of the players from the past? He began digging. The more digging he did, the more he found. The first iteration of this material was shared on the forum in 2015.The information in this book is the result of all that research. Marcus decided to concentrate on detailing their Leeds United / Australia playing time. He hasn't focused much at all on time spent at other clubs outside of these two, as would take it well beyond the desired scope of the project.
