Ignoring the cross-section cover art and the small text, this is a good book for anyone who wants to begin a weight lifting regime or change or modify their current regime. (I fall into the second category). Strength Training Anatomy is also a useful book for students studying the human body. The pages are full of color and detail, and each exercise is described to the max. sem críticas | adicionar uma crítica

This ultimate strangth reference contains full-color, detailed anatomical drawings of exercises that target every major muscle group, along with full descriptions of how to perform them. The illustrations graphically depict both the muscles and the bones, with variations showing how the exercises can be modified to isolate specific muscles. It's like having an Xray of each exercise!
