Adi Alsaid is the author of Let¿s Get Lost, coming from Harlequin Teen and Alloy Entertainment in August 2014. He was born and raised in Mexico City. He attended college at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Adi spends his time writing, coaching high school and elementary basketball. More like 3.5 But i really liked this book. It was a strong book that made me love both the main characters. i REALLY enjoyed the boy POV MORE but i liked how the book started out being framed by the list but became about so much more. It did some things i did not expect and like who the couple was in the end. Nice story and a very quick red.

Ever read an anthology where each story caused an impact you felt in your chest? Reading Come on in was like that. Honestly, I'm not sure if I am going to be able to adequately write how this book made me feel, I am afraid that whatever I saw won't do this book justice, but I am going to try.
The first adjective that I would use is powerful. The pen is supposedly mightier than the sword but there are not a lot of books that can display this. However, the stories in this book have the ability to showcase just that. The second adjective would be magical. Each story was written in a way where I felt I was transported there right along beside the characters.
I know I will never truly be able to know what any of these characters really feel considering I was born in the U.S. but my mother wasn't and it really puts into perspective of what she must have felt and gone through. it makes me feel closer to her. One of the things this anthology does, is give you information about each author after the story and since I absolutely loved each one (which is a rarity for me), so I now have a list of authors to add to my must read list.
Overall, this book is a must read to me.

"Let's Get Lost," by Adi Alsaid, is a completely enjoyable read. I have recommended this for our Y/A section.
Each chapter of the book is dedicated to a new chapter in the protagonist, Leila's journey to see the Northern Lights.
The first person she meets on her trek is Hudson, a mechanic in his dad's shop, and a senior in high school. He fixes her car, and ends up taking her on a tour that ruins plans that his parents had for him for years. He blames Leila, and she continues on her journey, from the Southern U.S., up into Canada, and back into The States.
There was a connection between Hudson and Leila, but when she leaves, she leaves alone. Luckily, she doesn't stay alone long, because there are other young people she meets along the way that she befriends, and in some ways they become her teachers.
She meets several other people along the way, each person adding dimension to the scope of this road trip. Anther title could be, "Pay It Forward".
Leila, the protagonist is an amazing, fearless and honest young woman who learns valuable things on her adventure. She learns that what is meant to happen, isn't always what a person thinks they want.
The content is suitable for most Y/A readers, it is mostly positive, and a good adventure.
