Oh my gosh. Clark and Gabe had me wanting to burst into tears in the first chapter! I could totally feel their heartbreak at being separated, but could understand exactly why that was needed for Gabe. Clark was such an amazing guy. He always put himself second, and was such a strong character. Gabe didn't have a great childhood (not with his parents, but with peers), so he struggled with having to return to the town after college for a job. Luckily, despite Gabe's fears and concerns, Clark and Gabe became best friends again real quick, and eventually they dropped their guard and let love guide them. I loved these two together. Best friends turned lovers makes for a great book when written well, and I thought this was.… (mais)
