I bought this book before the election, as I am sympathetic to the small-government ideals of the Tea Party. This book gives a simple overview of the movement's beginning and spread. I guess I hoped it was a more detailed case against the spending of the Bush and Obama administrations, a weighty tome on limited government. That it is not. Still, it is a good rejoinder against those who call the Tea Party Nazis or racists or gun nuts or astroturf; and it makes the case that lower taxes and less government means more freedom.… (mais)
