NOT impressed. I picked it up knowing it's a beginner's guide, and for all intents I'm a beginner, but the level of rudimentary and the narrow scope of plants, including the lack of medicinal use makes this book a great disappointment. Botanical names are also leargely useless if you're just drying plants for crafting purposes. Glad the book wasn't heavy; I'd be mad that I carried the weight home from the library.
