Nice guidebook with correct information and a lot of pictures. However, the book is not that good on finding hotels, restaurants, etc.
When I went to China in 2004, I was in Shanghai and Nanjing, both of which are close to the Yangzi River. However, I never made to the river's edge in either instance, so this book is both consolation and an appetizer for going back. I like that this book has both pictures and maps.
