This is one of the first books that talk about healthy eating in a fun and easy way that is not preachy. The overall message is that if you just eat whatever you want when you are hungry you will not be healthy. The book also talks about how fun it can be to feed your body good healthy food and the benefits to start doing so as soon as possible.

This book is great for ages 4-6 years. This book talks about a childs journey to eating healthy. I think this is a great read for children because it encourages them to try the same!

No one can ever say Victoria Boutenko isn't thorough in her research. Her inclination to study the diet of chimps was nothing short of brilliant. She is relentless in her quest for optimum nutrition and health and leaves no stone unturned. Conducting her own green smoothie experiment led to priceless feedback and clearly changed the lives of some her subjects. It's become clear... if Victoria Boutenko wrote it, you will absolutely benefit from reading it.

This was a highly entertaining and compelling one-day read full of fascinating information that definitely dovetails nicely with sustainable living. I'd say the common theme between the two is taking personal responsibility for our health as well as our future and those of our children and future generations. It's packed with tremendous food for thought, no pun intended.
