This book has a lot of useful information, but the cutesy buddy-buddy tone of the text was really distracting.
Great book for a novice brewer or even for someone looking to up their kombucha brewing game. The recipes are probably my favorite part and when I get a little more bold I'll actually try some of the more unusual ones.
