Young Inuit girl who gets lost in a fog is found by young hunters. Hunters warn her to not let anyone in the tent while they’re gone, she is tricked by a Shaman who turns her into a white caribou. Hunters break her spell and save her but warn to never hunt white caribou for they could be a enchanted person who wasn’t saved yet.

The tale retells how Nanabozho brought fire to his people and caused trees to be brilliantly colored each autumn. It is a nice book especially its illustrations are made in a wonderful way. The tale is completely unknown, but I can imagine telling it to my little nephew.
