This book very effectively captures the sheer tedium that is fishing through an incredible amount of repetition in the words and pictures. Words repeat, sentences repeat, pages repeat, and the main character just sits there the whole time with only slight variations from how he appears on the cover.. And all in order to play off the old fisherman's saw of "the one that got away." The title reveals the closest thing the book has to a twist.

Waste of time.

This book is very simple and repetitive. Little kids could memorize the book and read it aloud with the teacher. However I didnt care much for it becuse it is so simple and repetitive. About a boy who goes fishing and day after day doesnt catch anything, then he gets lucky and catches all the fish but cannot catch this one little fish.

A classic picture book about a curious kitten and all of its curiosity... especially revolving around a garden turtle! A timeless story for children of all generations.

This is a great fantasy book dealing with how a kittten and turtle interact and how things can be found interesting right outside the home. It allows reader's to see from a kitten's view on discovering something new and how one can be surprised if they take a closer look.
