This is a fantastic companion to a typical Holy Land travel guide. The book covers Biblical sites in Israel and Jordan and provides a short description along with direct Biblical references for each site. The entries within the book are arranged alphabetically, with a good deal of cross-referencing, making everything easy to find, even when the sites have multiple names, as many do in this region. Since most travel guides focus on the secular, this is a wonderful supplement for those wanting to learn more about the region as it pertains to the Scriptures - it really helped bring the Bible to life for me while traveling in Israel.… (mais)
