My daughter will be 24 this year. This was her second favorite Fred Crump fairy tale.

The daughter I purchased these books for is niw an adult: wife and mama herself.
This was her favorite book in this series. Mine too.

Wonderful book to read to children! It also depends on the storyteller! Can't seem to find a copy under 150.00. :(

This book is a spin-off of the original story of Rapunzel. In this book a girl was taken from her parents by a witch and locked in a tower. She was stuck there year after year until finally a prince comes to rescue her from the tower. They fell in love and lived happily ever after.

I like this book because it has some catchy rhymes. It shows how good always defeats evil. I also like it because it is a classic love story between a prince and a damsel in distress.

In the classroom you could have a math lesson about feet and show how long Rapunzel's hair is in real life. In the classroom you could also have the children try and write their own rhyme, like the one in the book, "Rapunzel, Rapunzel, I know your there. Rapunzel, Rapunzel, let down your hair."… (mais)
