Scripture Keys for Kingdom Living is a simple compilation of scriptures organized so that believers can easily access them for prayer, guidance, and comfort when faced with adversity. It's a handy tool to maintain focus on the promise rather than the problem.

KJV scripture passages are grouped according to topic. A random sampling of these groups includes Anger, Anxiety—Loneliness, Faith, Fasting, Intercession, and Prayer. The Healing Scripture Keys are further divided into sub-topics such as Arthritis, Back Trouble, Diabetes Fever, Tiredness, etc.

In her opening comments, June Newman Davis presents this work as an outgrowth of her own Scripture Notebook, including “teachings, exhortations, and comments which the Lord has given me during the course of my Spirit-led walk.” She encourages the reader to adapt the notebook to a more personal use by adding other relevant scriptures. Blank note pages are included at the back of the book for this purpose.

The author also includes testimonies of how prayer has prevailed over various conditions. She even names the churches and other locations where some of the deliverances have occurred. I am not sure about Ms. Davis’ denomination; but this book has an evangelical / pentecostal influence; with at least one reference to a Methodist church in Florida.

Spirit-filled believers will appreciate Scripture Keys for Kingdom Living. The plastic-comb binding helps the book stay open to the page you need and also allows you to fold it back so that only one page is visible. My 15-year-old copy shows wear but is still holding up.
