About the Author

Craig L. Dunn, a native Hoosier from Kokomo (home territory of the Nineteenth) developed his passion for the Civil War as a collector of civil war images. His collection of over 1,000 Civil War tintypes and other photographic images has become a major resource for Civil War publishers and authors. mostrar mais Dunn researched the famous Nineteenth in the heartland, personally interviewing the descendants of the famed regiment to collect diaries, letters and family traditions. The resulting regimental history is both painstakingly detailed and highly personal, as distinctively Hoosier as the boys from the Nineteenth were. In his life away from the Civil War he is an investment broker, actively involved with his wife Jill in bringing up four children Jeremy, Bree, Erin, and Ryan mostrar menos

entertaining - maybe from time to time a bit too much cliche.
Probably one of the first books of this author - the writing is not very exciting.
Lets see what happens next.

The book is a lot like the first one - not much progression on the writing quality. Deus ex machina moments and in general the MC is a bit too lucky.
Also the story drags a bit and when you know there are a lot more orbs to gather and the author started another story project i fear we will never hear the end of this story line.
