This was a great book, actually this was a great duet . I was concerned that it would be a trilogy since it seemed that it wouldn't wrap up before the end but it did, and it was satisfying. Although I would say that it did kind a do a "sitcom" wrap up where everything was taken care of pretty quickly and with a bit of a shiny bow.

Although I list the book as being "rated X" I list that for being absolutely not suitable for those under 18 because of both the violence, incest themes, and erotic themes, as well as the different and varied other atrocities (rape, torture, necrophilia, mental illness, murder, trafficking). The sex is erotic, but is definitely is not a "high point" in the book. It is needed to move the plot, so the book may have erotic themes, it is not really an erotic book. This is a very dark erotic fiction.

I would suggest it to readers of Lily White, Ker Dukey and Bonny Capps.… (mais)

And the last book in the bundle that was to be read.

This one I couldn't make it past chapter 3.
Very stilted language.
Juvenile FMC. All she wants to do is drink/party etc.
Then there is this that just doesn't make sense to me at all.
Her family and HIS make her marry him when she is 15 & he is 28. Now, because of her age he doesn't consummate the marriage. But he stalks her? AND I'm supposed to believe a 28 yr old man doesn't have sex for 5 years while he stalks her. AND one part that I read makes it sound like she HAS had sex.

So much is off with this story just in the first few chapters that I can't swallow.
