Liz Gillis

Liz Gillis is from the Liberties in Dublin city. She has a degree in Irish history and has previously worked as a local history researcher. She has written three other books about the Irish revolution - Ireland Over All, The Fall of Dublin and Revolution in Dublin 1913-23- and has worked as a mostrar mais researcher on a number of publications covering the period. She has taken part in numerous conferences and lectures about the Irish revolution and has also developed a walking tour of the Liberties, focusing on the revolutionary history of the area.
