Charlene Hartnady

Charlene Hartnady lives on an acre in the country with her husband and three children. Born in Zimbabwe, her family moved to South Africa when she was five years old. As life would have it, she unexpectedly found herself living in Holland where she completed her schooling. All of her family on her mother's side are living there still. Charlene will be forever grateful for the opportunity to have gotten to know them all during her five years in the country.
A regional sales manager by day and an author by night, she hopes one day to be able to take up the pen full time. Whether it's reading or writing, there's nothing better than that feeling you get when you start a new book.
An avid lover of all animals, her biggest passion is horses. Charlene firmly believes that it is the little things that truly matter. Aside from the sound of her children's laughter, for her, it is the smell of leather, fresh hay and the thud of horse hooves that fill her soul.
