My experience with canned fish is pretty basic - tuna, salmon, sardines and oysters. So was intrigued by the title and premise of this cookbook.
I was delighted to find a great variety of recipes, pictures, suggestions and tips in this beautiful book.
If you have an interest in broadening your tinned fish experience this may be a great book for you.
