Short, sweet- tho a wee bit unrealistic, but perfect holiday story! I did read the first book in this series that takes place in Inlet Bay, but this is fine as a stand-alone.

A runaway, angry, teenage boy trips a silent alarm at his 'uncles' home and that's where the story really begins. Can a caring and understanding community give him what he needs? Can he right some wrongs and accept what is offered?

Overall, A Light In the Window is a heart-warming holiday read...I just hope that the next one in this series is twice as long!… (mais)
