So, Wilthaven. A quiet town in England. Supposedly. What the hell is going on here?
This book is laid out like a file filled with evidence collected over decades of a town named Wilthaven that isn’t in our dimension. Sometimes papers, audio, pictures, people, etc cross over from one side to the other and the BPD snaps them up and puts them in a report marked P1983. It is a vastly interesting place but mostly horrifying because it is ruled by an Eldritch that is terrifying. How people just go about their lives there is beyond me. But I guess when that’s what you’re used to then how are you going to know any different? Well, except for those few who cross over into our dimension and see how different and non-horrifying it is.
