The audiobook is really good! My 7yo and I have been listening to this together. Coincidentally, I just finished [b:The House in the Cerulean Sea|45047384|The House in the Cerulean Sea|T.J. Klune|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1569514209l/45047384._SY75_.jpg|62945242] so I saw a lot of similarities (to it and the OG mutant story X-Men). My daughter now thinks "wonky" is a slur, which is weird, but hey at least she gets what the book is trying to say.

I will definitely read this to grand kids! It's, cute, clever and teaches embracing diversity, good friends and caring for yourself.
