I give this book a neutral rating because, while I didn't like it, I think that's probably because I just don't like self-help book generically. This one was no exception. In this case, the book is formatted into a series of worthy (and obvious) aphorisms with some suggestions for specific "practice" at the end of each chapter.
This is the absolute BEST BOOK I've EVER READ!!! It makes you feel centered and really helps you to realize the true meaning of life! I highly recommend!!!
