ABA Model Guidelines for the Utilization of… por American Bar Association

Obviously this book isn't written to be fun or educational, but to serve as a resource for lawyers. As such, it is written and formatted like most legal texts. In my opinion, this leaves a lot to be desired in terms of thoroughness and ease of use. The comments on each guideline vary widely in length and depth, as well as being documented to varying degrees with inconsistently detailed examples. Formatting each guideline more consistently and breaking the comments down into sections would be definite improvements.… (mais)
