Included are statement by BG Pat Foote, author and Army Major Carol Barkalow, Navy Commander Kathleen Bruyere, scholar Cynthia Enloe, Lory Manning (WREI) Georgia Sadler Judith Stiehm and Pat Schroeder. The book contains good information on the history of DACOWITS and WREI.
