Short book by a New Zealander who sailed a 41' boat around the world by way of the Northwest Passage ie. from NZ to Africa to Greenland, across the passage and back down the Pacific. It was done in two legs, in 2005 and 2010, with a stop in Greenland because the passage was iced shut in 2005. This is a seriously no-drama account, Kendall was so well prepared there were no real problems. You have to respect him, luck is made by being prepared. He was the first person to sail solo non-stop through the passage, it took 12 days.… (mais)
