Ben Kiernan is the A. Whitney Griswold Professor of History and Professor of International and Area Studies at Yale University. This book is a solid account of the senseless and wholesale slaughter which took place in Cambodia immediately following the Vietnam War. It is well written and researched, while doing a good job of exposing the horror, without sensationalizing it. Not for everyone!
