Blackaby does a great job at laying out the basics of how we can "experience God" in our lives right here on earth, right now. A basic book for Christians using the Bible to discern a ministry in the church and moving toward to that end. This is very helpful for gradually coming to a definitive choice to leave secular society and envisioning the leadership which Jesus asks for all leaders and ministers. Many examples of questions, answers, and situational resolutions from the authors' own personal experiences. I have used Chapter 9 (God Invites You to Join Him) in sermons as samples for looking for concrete ways God is active in people's lives. Very helpful for beginners to read and be bolstered in their spiritual journey bound by the Bible and set on a future course toward some essential ministry.… (mais)
