When my social studies class gets to the geography part of our curriculum would be great to use in the lesson. It shows a lot of amazing pictures depicting each definition, I believe this would help the kids remember and make connections about the lesson. I could go over a few for a warm up every class time.

An easy to understand explanation of maps of globes with helpful illustrations for young children just starting to learn about the world. I read this book aloud just before introducing a children’s atlas and a world globe to my kids.
