Fatal error: Call to undefined function isLitsy() in /var/www/html/inc_magicDB.php on line 425- Ann Kurth, née Fairchild, was the second wife of Houston plastic surgeon John Hill. They were married in 1969, less than two months after Hill's first wife, Joan Hill, died of a mysterious infection.
After a mistrial was declared in Hill's trial on charges that he murdered his first wife, he was gunned down in his home before he could be retried.
The marriage between Ms. Kurth and Hill had lasted less than a year, and she testified before a Harris County grand jury shortly after they were divorced in 1970. Ms. Kurth later said she and Hill split up because "he tried to kill me and I was afraid for my life."
