Tim Madge

Having read all Tilman's books, one still knows little about the author. Madge collects a wealth of information on his subject. Looking behind the scenes in Tilman's life is a little disquieting, because it is an intrusion. I felt Madge was a little too critical of the man himself, especially of his ability to choose companions.
