Fabulous story of a woman's journey to find herself. This novel takes you on an incredible journey of self-awakening that is compelling and completely unexpected. AI literally could not put this down until falling asleep from exhaustion. From a horrible marriage with an unexpected ending, to a ride on a cargo ship. Kidnapping, religious transformation, romance. Wow!

This was a very enjoyable short book. It's a little over a hundred pages, but the stories really had me going. The theme of the book centers around grandmothers, but these are no ordinary grandmothers. While all having that maternal instinct, each grandmother is quite different from the others. With that being said, each one brings something substantial to the table. All in all, this was a 'feel good' book with a few twists and turns along the way. I would love to read another book by this author.… (mais)
